Lisa Lynch – Inside Sales & Marketing Manager

Lisa came to Flynn & Reynolds in 2009, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in Sales and Executive Administration. Her prior experience includes working at Whistler Corporation for over 18 years, starting as their Sales Coordinator and eventually becoming the Sales Manager there.  Immediately prior to joining Flynn & Reynolds, Lisa worked as a Channel Sales Manager for Pepsi.

A graduate of Northern Essex Community College with her Associates Degree majoring in Executive Secretarial, Lisa realized she missed utilizing her organizational and administrative skills as well as her sales experience, so she decided to look for a position that combined everything she loved to do. That’s how she came to Flynn & Reynolds.

In her current role, she is constantly challenged to learn new things and find the best and most efficient solutions to anything that comes her way.  Lisa has expanded her talents into the marketing side of our business and enjoys using her creativity to market our products.    She works hard to contribute to the success of the company by being a constant fixture in the office that the entire team has come to depend on.  She is proud to be a member of the Flynn & Reynolds family, a company that always strives to do the right thing.

Lisa and Peter, her husband of over 30 years, are the proud parents of their son Cameron.  She enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Winnisquam and traveling to South Carolina and various tropical places as often as possible.
