Dan Sciulli
- 12 Years Experience
- Experience working for a manufacturer of power distribution products holding positions in sales, service operations, and sales management. Attended Villanova University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Bryce E. Button
- 30 Years Experience
- Joined Mills Talbot in 1994. Spent 13 years in electrical distribution sales, both inside and out. Worked 5 years as an outside salesman for an electrical manufacturer’s representative firm. Attended Onondaga Community College and the State University of New York @ Cortland. 2016 Sandler Sales Training Graduate. Bryce has two children.
Issac “Ike” Strusinski
Ike joined Flynn & Reynolds in December of 2025, bringing three and a half years of experience in the Electrical Industry. Known for building relationships with customers and being a problem solver, he takes pride in providing excellent service and strives each day to grow in his expertise and effectiveness.
In addition to his professional work, Ike serves as the Young Adult Leader at his church. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys staying active through sports, including football, softball and hockey. He is also a very passionate Buffalo Bills fan.
Barclay L. Talbot
- 7 Years Experience
- Joined Mills Talbot Company in 2016 after earning his degree from SUNY Morrisville.
Owen McDevitt
Owen joined Flynn & Reynolds in January of 2026 bringing two years of experience working for a power tool manufacturer where he built relationships with supply house distribution and end users throughout Northern New England. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate industry. He looks forward to applying his customer service and relationship skills to make a positive contribution at Flynn & Reynolds. Owen earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Denver.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with friends and family, skiing and enjoying the outdoors.
